SHIPPING POLICY
Where We Ship We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Options & Timeframes
- Standard Delivery — 3–5 business days
- Express Delivery — 1–2 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy periods (e.g. back-to-school season, Christmas).
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery method and location.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card with instructions. If the parcel is not collected or redelivery arranged within the courier's timeframe, it may be returned to us. In this case, re-delivery charges may apply.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate with the courier. Please allow 10 business days before reporting a parcel as lost.
